Don't forget honesty is the key of happiness, never hurt someone with your actions or words, if you are honest then no one make you down and you actually feel good, especially  honest with your relationships and always speak truth then you don't need to any stress management training program or stress management course.

Stop saying negative things to yourself:
Never feel you are not good and never say anything negative thing about yourself, just feel this you are the best, Do not think too much.

Dance: 
Play your favorite music and dance madly and you will feel actually good after this.

Hangout:
Go for a long hangout with friends is actually a good way to avoid stressful situations.

Watch Movie:
Watch a movie with your partner or best friend.

Past:
Never think about your Bad memories or your bad past just take a lesson from your past and prepare yourself for your new future and live in your present.

Listen Others:
Try to listen others, Talk less and listen more it is a good way to avoid stressful situations.

If you try these tips in your daily life then you don't have to need any kind of management training programs or stress management course.
